    Nice try Nintendo but this program is still crap. Content creato1 should get 100% of the revenue of the videos they create (well, they don’t, Google gets most of it, but the point is the money is split between the ad agency and the content creator, not another third party, but this detail is beside the point).nI’m going to guess the fine print of this “affiliate program” is that Nintendo gets fi1t look veto rights over whatever content is produced.nNintendo, you have to get with the times on this. Let’s play videos, live streams, etc are free advertising for your games. It’s a rare occasion when a YouTube pe1onality or Twitch streamer has negative things to say about a Nintendo game so the only thing these policies are doing is reducing the number of people that want to promote your games. Things like Mario Party, Mario Kart, smash bros, all the various party games that Nintendo puts out are perfect for big audiences and embracing these content creato1 with as little strings attached as possible should be the goal, not slowly chip away at a tall brick wall of revenue sharing.nIf people are putting entire cutscenes (not that Nintendo games are cutscene heavy to begin with) or entire music tracks online, fine, go after those people. Nobody would fault you for that. But taking money away from people who include your game in a couple minute clip, or give your games free publicity through let’s plays and live streams just hurts your bottom line.
